We aim to encourage our children to develop an understanding and appreciation of the past and how this differs from today. Our children will be inspired to be curious about the past, developing their own ideas, opinions and questions. They will use subject specific vocabulary when offering their ideas and posing their questions. They will develop an understanding of how various sources give us an insight into how people in Britain and the wider world used to live.
